Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products (including downloads and online workshops), these items are non-refundable. However, refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis if there are technical issues preventing access to the products.
Live Workshops: Refund requests for live workshops or events must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event date to be considered for a refund. No refunds will be issued after this time.

By submitting content in workshops, group sessions, or community forums, you grant TNS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your contributions in connection with the Services.
